About Us

Media & Entertainment Technologies (M&E Tech) is a publication of the Roadway Media Group, part of Roadway Intelligence, Inc., a 501(c)(3) charitable non-profit. The publication was founded in 2010 by technologists and journalist-editors who have been involved with the technology and media industry since the 1980s. It focuses on bringing information about new technology, products, and workflows for the creation, distribution, capture, and consumption of the media and entertainment content that is pervasive in the world today.

The rapid introduction of technology for the mobile lifestyle, the connected and global marketplace, and the workflows plus supply chain are critical to selecting a technology or application to address a particular market. This includes the crossover of cinema and television production tools into corporate and educational content workflows. These technologies are also being applied to the smart home and transportation sectors.

M&E Tech brings an understanding of these technologies with both the detail needed by the professional working as a specialist and the context and overview needed by those who work with and manage these professionals. The content on the site is a combination of original video interviews and product demos along with original editorial articles.
